Who is selling

What you're buying

Viktor is a service, not a program you download. He runs on a server in Frankfurt and opens in your browser, at your own address in the form name.pitajviktora.com.

I do the setup myself: I connect your mail, your calendar and your contacts, and tune Viktor to your business and the way you work. Working together starts with a conversation, not with a sign-up on the website.

Price and payment

• Prices are in euros and without VAT. VAT is calculated on the invoice.
• Setup is paid once, at the start.
• The monthly amount is paid for every month of use.
• Voice conversation minutes are counted per person and don't carry over to the next month.
• The current amounts are in the price list.

If prices change, I'll tell you before it takes effect, but it won't be in the middle of an agreed period.

What's included in the monthly amount

• The work of Viktor and all his departments.
• Maintenance and upgrades — when Viktor learns something new, you get it at no extra charge.
• Support by email and phone.
• A daily backup of your data.

The Analysis Centre and in-depth company checks are charged separately, outside the monthly amount.

What Viktor won't do

• He won't send anything in your name without your word.
• He won't forecast prices or say buy, sell or hold.
• He won't claim what he hasn't seen — if there's no data, he'll say there isn't any.
• He won't analyse a deal in which I'm one of the parties.
• He won't decide for you.

Viktor is not a lawyer, an accountant or a doctor. What he writes is help in your work, not professional advice. Where the law calls for a licensed person, Viktor will point you to one.

Your responsibility

• Keep your password and your login code safe. Whoever has them has your Viktor.
• Read the draft before you send it. When you press "Send", the message is yours.
• Don't use Viktor for what the law forbids.

Availability and faults

I do my best to keep Viktor running without a break, but it also depends on things that aren't mine — the artificial intelligence providers, your mail provider and the server itself. When something stops, I'll tell you and fix it as soon as I can.

I can't guarantee 100% availability in the case of outside influences. If Viktor is unavailable for that reason, you're not charged for that period.

Ending our work together

You're tied to nothing. You pay monthly and you cancel whenever you want — the cancellation holds to the end of the current month, and the next one isn't charged. I don't ask for a reason and I don't hold you back.

When it ends, your Viktor is switched off, and your data is exported to you in a readable form. Everything is deleted no later than 30 days after the end, including the backups.

Data

The data is yours. It sits apart from other clients' data, on a server in the European Union, and it's not used for advertising or for training models. It's described in detail on the page Privacy, which is part of these terms.

Governing law

The law of the Republic of Croatia applies to this arrangement. If we don't agree about something, we'll first try talking; if that doesn't work, the court in Zagreb has jurisdiction.
