What data Viktor sees
Only what you allowed him yourself during setup. Nothing gets switched on quietly later.
- The content of the mail in the mailboxes you connected — so he can read it and write you a suggested reply.
- Your calendar — the events, the times and the participants, so he knows what's ahead of you.
- Your contacts, read only — so he knows who "Neven" is when you mention him.
- Everything you write or say to him in conversation.
- The files you attach for him yourself.
Viktor reads nothing from your computer, doesn't look at your other programs and doesn't follow what you do on the internet.
What he does with it
He reads it to answer your question, write a draft, list what's waiting for you today or write down your decision. He remembers conversations so that a month from now he knows what you mean when you say "that thing from last time".
He does nothing else. He doesn't build a profile of you for ads, he doesn't score you and he doesn't pass anyone an overview of your business.
Who the data is sent to
Your question, and only what the answer needs, passes through one of two providers:
- Anthropic — the main one.
- OpenAI — the backup, when the main one isn't available.
Both are business accounts on which the content that is sent is not used to train their models. That's the condition under which I use them, not a request of mine.
Alongside them, only when you use that option:
- ElevenLabs — if you talk by voice, the text is turned into speech there.
- Telegram — if you said you want your notifications to come there.
Nobody else. No advertisers, no middlemen, no selling of lists.
Data from your Google account
If you connect Gmail, the calendar or contacts, Viktor gets to them through the Google permission you give, and it keeps to Google's limited use rules (Limited Use).
- They are used only so that Viktor can give you what you ask of him.
- Not used for advertising.
- Not passed on to others, apart from the providers listed above and only as far as is necessary for the answer to come about.
- Not used to train artificial intelligence models.
- Nobody reads them by hand, unless you ask for it yourself because of a fault or the law requires it.
You withdraw the permission at any moment in your Google account, under Security → Apps with access to your account. Viktor is left without access straight away.
Where the data sits
On a server in Frankfurt, in Germany, so inside the European Union. Every client has their own folder at their own address; conversations, mail, notes and documents sit apart and are not mixed with other clients' data.
Access is behind a password, and if you want, behind a code from an app as well.
How long it's kept
Conversations and notes are kept for as long as you're a client, because without them Viktor wouldn't know what you're referring to. Viktor doesn't copy your mail over to himself for good — he reads it from your mailbox and keeps only what's needed for the list of what's waiting for you and for the draft reply.
Backups are kept for 14 days and after that they overwrite themselves.
When we stop working together, your data is exported to you and everything is deleted no later than 30 days after the end, including those backups.
Your rights
The data is yours. At any moment you can ask for:
- a look at what is written down about you,
- a correction of what isn't accurate,
- an export of everything in a readable form,
- deletion and an end to processing.
Just send an email to podrska@pitajviktora.com. I don't ask for a reason.
